TF-1200 Copper Wire Cable Separator Machine

TF series scrap recycling equipment is used for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables,motor cables and other industrial cables. The machine mainly includes crushing and separating,and it also has high efficiency dust collecting system to get clearly copper pellet and plastic pellet.
1.Adopts dry separation equipped with dust collecting system.So the working area will be clean and there will be no pollution surrounding environment.
2.The whole process is controlled by PLC control box with one press on the button it will start or work.Very easy to operate.
3.Easy commissioning.For processing wires in different diameter, just change the screen size and adjust the force of blower and height of baffle in the vibrator.
4.The machine is mounted on one base, convenient to move.
5.At the outlet part we will equip it with small vibrating tables.Copper purity will be double ensured.

1.First Crusher: The first crusher is a double shaft crusher which is used for cutting raw copper cables to small pieces before shredding.
2.Conveyor: Crushed copper cable go through this conveyor and enter second shredder.
3.Second Shredder: The shredder cut the crushed cables to final small copper and plastic pellet with size of 5-8mm.
4.Separator: This is a complete vibrating separator to separate clean copper pellet and plastic pellet.
5.Copper Outlet: Clean copper pellet goes out of this exit.
6.Plastic Outlet: Clean plastic(PVC)pellet goes out of this exit.


1. The first crusher of the recycling plant crushes the wires/cables into 10-20mm length.
2. By conveyor, crushed wires/cables are conveyed to the second crusher, which crush them again into 3-5mm length plastic pieces and copper granules.
3. The mixture is sent to the vibration system. By airflow and vibration, plastic pieces are separated from copper granules thoroughly.
4. Copper granules and plastic pieces come out of the granulator from different outlet. Dust is collected by dust collector through air duct.
One set TF-1200 cable separator needs one piece 40'container for shipping.
And we will pack all the parts with plastic films before put into container.
